Check-out time is 11:00am.

This gives our housekeeping team enough time to fully clean and prepare the villa beautifully for our next guests.

Housekeeping

Please do not worry about deep cleaning before you leave — Dulce, our housekeeper, will take care of everything.

We simply ask that, where possible, you place any used plates, glasses, cutlery and pans in the dishwasher before departure. This is very much appreciated, but there is no need to strip the beds or clean the villa.

Before leaving, please take a final look around to make sure you have all personal belongings, including passports, chargers, jewellery, children’s toys, tablets, favourite teddies and, of course, all little travellers!

Please turn off the lights and air conditioning, and make sure all doors and windows are closed securely.

Please return the key to the key box and make sure the box is closed securely.
